Effects Sunscreen Lotion
Tanning bed light pale skin red hair fair. Tan, burn?

Hey people, I do not know the harmful effects of UV rays on the skin fair. I know I'm dying of lung cancer before the skin cancer. With all that aside .. I have natural red hair and fair skin. TYPICAL Not pale freckled red-HEAD. THAT I have no freckles many and I'm half Italian. Usually when I burn in the sun but it takes about an hour. I had a lot of severe burns in my life and sucks. But do not use sunscreen. Its stupid I know, but I usually try not to get a tan and keep my burn. I just go to the beach naked. I want to start tanning before for many reasons and I know the best way for me to tan. How gradual? How many times per session for sessions how many? How many weeks until they begin to tan? All responses would be great! Besides, I wear sunscreen when I go there or give a little? Do you use an SPF of light at the Boothe? Besides, I can mix with oil tanning cream? Thanks ....

I am very fair too, so I tan when I start slowly. Depending on the type of tanning bed you are using. If the maximum is 20 minutes, starting at 6 or 7 minutes the first time. If is a stronger stance until the maximum is only 9 or 10 minutes, starting at 5. After passing the first time to see how it feels (pink, itching). Go every other day or every 3 days and increase the time gradually. It may take a couple of weeks to really see a good base tan, but worth it slow start they do not burn. Buy a tanning lotion they sell at the tanning salon. Some are expensive, but really work to help so quickly. Ask we recommend to you.
