What's the mest kind of moisturizer or lotion to use after tanning? I want something that will keep my tan for longer and help keep it from fading and peeling.

I would suggest 'Angel' by Designer Skin. It's a kiwi-pear scented moisturizer, and it's super silky feeling. Along with that try 'Pure Intentions' body wash. It's great in combination with the moisturizer. 'Pure Intentions' is a tan extending body wash which is great for consistent tanners and it has the same fresh fragrance. Your skin exfoliates every 28 days, so while you're tanning, it speeds that process up. So it's great to give it a little extra care. I wouldn't recommend anything else. You CAN NOT go wrong with Designer Skin products.

I would also suggest that you do not buy these products in a salon. You will pay way too much for them. The retail price of tanning products are about double of what you would pay for them online. Take a look at the wesites I gave you, you might find something you like... even if it's not what I recommended. But definitely take a look at 'Angel' and 'Pure Intentions'.
