What's an acne product that really works?

I used Clean and Clear Advantage and it made my acne worse and my face so red. I used regular face washing products like Neutrogena Acne-free scrub and the Neutrogena Wave, but none of it works. Is there anything that isnt too expensive, but really works for acne?

I use the Neutrogena Wave in the morning to make my skin soft and smooth and at night I use Neutrogena Oil- Free Acne Stress Control Power- Foam Wash I love them both and they smell good!!!!!!!!! And it is really working! Clear and Clear acne products made my skin red and didn't help my acne at all. But I like there Oil Absorbing Sheets they work good.

Ps...That is what i use and it works for me you can try it if you want but every ones skin is different. Trial and error. Hope that helps.

Neutrogena Acne products?

I just bought the Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Cream Wash and i was wondering..
If you have used it does it work and how fast?
I have oily skin on my forehead, inner corners of my nose, and chin... Will it dry out my skin?
Did you personally like it?

I also am thinking about getting the neutrogena redness calming scrub... do you recomend this?
and maybe the neutrogena clear pore cleanser and mask... how about this product?

how long should you wait to change face acne products?

Right now I use "Acne Stress Control by neutrogena" but it's not really working for me, and my mom bought me "Clearasil Ultra: Cleansing Cream wash" how long should i wait in between products to avoid skin irritation. i tried before using one in the morning then another in the same night, and all around my eyes and mouth was super dry and peely! yuck!

You should wait until your face heals. Moiturize your face with an oil free moisturizer. When your face heals use a wash that has salicylic acid in it in the morning and before you go to bed. You can also apply pimple cream to your face every other day or twice to three times a week depending on the kind of skin you have. Remember to moisturize your face to keep it from becoming irritated. I really hope this works for you because it works for me. P.s. If you want to apply pimple cream to your face don't overdo it

what products do u recomend for acne from the neutrogena?

i have old individual red scarring, few breakouts, and on two parts of my face i used to get alot of acne there so its all inflamed with redness and scars all in one spot. Whats good ?/ so the acne face wash?? what will help with the blemishes and redness.

The neutrogena pink grapefruit acne wash (gel form) is really good! It gets a lot of acne off, but just use a good moisturizer!
